With thousands of AI applications out there, it can be overwhelming to choose the right ones. Here are some factors to consider:

  • Budget: Some AI tools are free or low-cost, while others can be quite pricey. The most expensive ChatGPT plan is $200 per month, per seat. Probably not affordable for most small business.
  • Purpose: Not all AI apps do the same thing. You need to find the ones that fit your specific needs. Or get great at using the general-purpose models.
  • Location: Some countries have restrictions on certain AI tools, so make sure they’re available where you are.
  • Scalability: Will the AI app grow with your business? Unless you are a large enterprise, most of these tools will have no problem scaling to accommodate your needs.
  • Integration: Can it seamlessly integrate with your existing tools and platforms?

  • HubSpot: Uses AI to draft emails, create contacts, and enrich company data in your CRM.
  • Drift: Develops personalized cold outreach emails to engage potential customers.
  • Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant, Cortana: These AI assistants can manage calendars, set alarms, and create to-do lists.

Content Creation and Copywriting

AI has been around for a while in content creation, from spellcheck tools in Google Docs to more advanced generative AI for creating images, videos, and audio.

  • Deepseek: Don’t mind the Chinese ownership, I am sure your personal data is safe. /s
